We accept Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Cash on Pickup.

If you would like to use a Credit Card you can do so via the PayPal portal – you won’t need a PayPal account, just choose the Credit Card option on the PayPal screen.

The majority of our products are hand sourced by Serena from India – our aim is to find the most exquisite products from the far reaches of the globe!

Our products are made by small family run businesses in Jaipur. We believe very strongly in supporting smaller, family run businesses as they tend to take greater pride in their products, and it allows us to develop a great relationship with our suppliers – which in the end will give our customers the best products possible.

We offer FREE shipping to all of Australia. We don’t officially offer international shipping, but if you see something you like feel free to contact us for a quote!

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we are glad to offer you an exchange. To request an exchange, please email info@aashay.com.au as soon as you receive your item. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

All items are checked thoroughly before being packaged and sent, but if for any reason you receive your order and something is damaged, please email info@aashay.com.au with a picture and small description of the fault. Damaged item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days.

You should receive your order within 2 – 7 days.

If an item still hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please send an email to info@aashay.com.au and we will help you track the parcel down.
