When it comes time to swap out your chainrings for a more useful size or just replace them because they are old, you'll need this and the crank bolt wrench to do the job. No snob appeal but solid, well made and will last a life time of home use. Will pull all cranks but the TA Cyclotourist. HINT: Put the chain on the outer sprocket in case you slip it will still hurt but maybe it won't draw as much blood! (CCP 22)
