Emerald Bay in Lake Tahoe is a much visited and photographed location

I found a position which gave me a forward looking view from the vessel we were traveling in order to capture the vast surroundings and let the remaining pieces of the icebergs fill the images as the central part of the image

I found this spot looking back towards the bridge and the snow covered mountains in the distance

While driving a few years ago I was waiting for a train to cross and noticed a small reservoir northwest of Denver

On a Saturday I made my way towards the M itself and climbed a little beyond

One morning I was heading to a location to photograph for one of the assignments and as I exited the freeway, I noticed the light shining on this wall providing the shadow. This forced me to stop and photograph the scene as I also waited for the shadow a few minutes more to come into this position.
