WW2 French Colonial M31 Pith Helmet, Dated 1935/6 Czech It was found in Piedmont

It was found in Piedmont so that would suggest the owner ended the war in the Leonessa Armoured M Group of the GNR

This example is unfortunately unmarked but is guaranteed wartime

The Liberation Plaque / tablet is thick heavy glazed clay featuring the Dutch lion

Retains its original black tourie on top but sadly is missing its tails

being fanatical

WW2 French Colonial M31 Pith Helmet, Dated 1935/6 Czech It was found in PiedmontA WW2 French Colonial M31 pith helmet with metal anchor badge. Dated 1935 or 1936. A number of stamps inside including a partially visible makers name. Its original Leather chinstrap is attached on both sides but it is snapped in the middle. Size approx 54 In generally good condition, retaining a nice shape but with a rip in the fabric on the top vent and one on the side, and with exposed Cork on the rim in places.
