The hat was originally sold at Bjrklunds Hattaffr in Kalmar, in southern Sweden. It is made from long haired dark grey felt. The interior is lined with silk fabric bearing both the manufacturers logo and that of the original retailer. It features a medium brown leather sweatband, also stamped
