While the label of this wine may leave something to be desired (in my not so humble opinion), the wine inside is a total winner. Volpaia Citto is made with Sangiovese & Cabernet Sauvignon & opens with fruity aromas of red cherry and raspberry. The aromas carry over to the easygoing palate alongside a silky palate, tangy acidity, and smooth tannins. A baby Super Tuscan that is a pleasure to enjoy!
