This Riesling comes from an area with distinctive Tonschiefer bedrocks that impart a unique character to its wines. The vineyard is one of the original plots owned by the family, and is currently planted with vines between 25 and 45 years old. This is rife with citrus fruit flavours: grapefruit, lime and orange zest, alongside a fine mineral spice. Pair it with Asian dishes.
