Colour Paste - Cool Mint Clear stamp exclusively designed byA bright and shimmery paste. For use on paper, cardstock, plastic, metal, wood, chipboard and other surfaces. Directions: Use a palette knife or similar to spread the paste onto your surface. You can allow to dry naturally or you can use a heat tool.
