Louise Brison Champagne 2017 Cabernet Franc Take a little bit ofLOOP LINE TASTING NOTES Delphine Brulez is the great grandaughter of Lousie Brison and is currently manages the estate. Under Delphine's hands, she has brought a new modern style of Champagne forward as well as converted the farm to organic viticulture. Their vineyards are in the Cte des Bars, the southernmost appellation in Champagne. All grapes are picked by hand and fermented in old, oak barrels. The 2017 vintage is nutty and a touch oxidative.
