The smoke flavour is inspired by the Swedish tradition of preserving food over burning juniper twigs. Smoking their malt in this way captures this traditional flavour in a whisky with an uniquely Swedish characteristic. Brukswhisky is the core expression from Mackmyra and is matured in first fill bourbon barrels, while also
