Chteau Pegau instead focuses on the surrounding terroirs, producing wines that reflect a traditional Rhne Valley style. The Cuve Stier is made from 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvdre, all grown in a Southern Rhne vineyard in a Mediterranean climate.
