Meine Ziege Our house culture of naturallyThe Barrel Shepherd x RGBM A collab with our friends at Reub Goldberg Brewing Machine. RGBM brewed and completed primary fermentation of a Doppelbock using all Voyager Craft malt and fermented with Mogwai Culture's 'Lost Souls' yeast. We then racked and conditioned in 2020 Hogsheads ex red wine barrels. The final product is a great expression of malt, yeast and the complexities of barrel aged beers.
