This Blanc de Blancs comes entirely from their Grand Cru holding at Chouilly, one of the great Chardonnay villages of the Cte des Blancs so the fruit carries genuine Grand Cru pedigree, not just the name. 100% Chardonnay, hand picked, vinified in stainless steel and aged three years on its lees before release.
