Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru, Domaine Drouhin-Laroze, 2023 low-alcohol this is a serious BourgogneThis wonderful Grand Cru from the Drouhin Laroze stable is made from old vines which are naturally low cropping and thus give a wine of great concentration. Black fruits and mineral dominate the palate and the fruit shows great ripeness. On the palate it's generous and has great depth of flavour, a moderate body with the ripe black fruit supported by plenty of ripe tannin too. Drink it with some well hung venison. In the Middle Ages, Latricires
