Bottle conditioned 9 months

were added to tree ripened and juicy rich lady peaches sourced from Orange

and as the peaches were exploding with juicy-ness we added some essence of Australia by adding a ‘y’ on the end

Up front youll get notes of apricot, citrus peel, and white grape, with some floral lift and a bit of grip from the grape skins. Its dry, lightly textural, and finishes with a clean, zesty snap.
