Aged nearly 7 year in American oak barrels, resulting in smooth and long lasting notes of vanilla, and baked bread layered over a bed of toasted oak. Distillery: Heavens Door Spirits Age: No Age Statement ( but at least aged 6. 5yrs) Proof: 90 Proof 45% alc vol Notes: Nose: The bourbon has a warm, strong, sweet yet spicy aroma with hints of cherry and sourdough. Aroma of warm baked bread. Palate: full, thick mouthfeel.
