The Valerie series is made from carefully selected, small parcels of supreme quality wine and named in honor of Valerie Friend as co founder of Narkoojee. The wine was fermented by indigenous yeasts and a portion matured in new French oak hogsheads. It has intense flavor, excellent balance, great length and complexity.
