Antique c1905 French Silver Threaded Soup Table Serving Spoons 8 7/8" cut out design All of the pieces arePresented is a fine quality set of 7 French silver large tablespoons or serving spoons by the fine quality Paris silversmiths, Olier & Caron. This highly regarded firm was active in the early 1900s, perhaps even in the 1800s. The spoons are done in an elegant threaded pattern with ribbon decoration around the handles. I see this pattern produced by many of the finer French and European makers. The spoons are hallmarked on the bowls with the Mercury
