This piece dates to around the late 1800s or early 1900s. The majority of the dish is blue background with colorful images of quail and flowers. The border of the dish is done in a variety of colors, which contrasts with the light blue background nicely. The edge of the dish is copper or bronze. The work on the back is fantastic as well, with wire spiral designs and flowers. It's a
