The palate offers a smooth symphony of flavours, from zesty grapefruit to subtle herbaceous undertones, all carried by a backbone of crisp acidity and long mineral phenolics. Fermented in old French Oak barrels, the prolonged fermentation provides complexity and natural lees stirring adds texture and depth to the flavours.
