He took it on the River Waveney near Bungay Common on the Suffolk coast, at the end of August 2008. Walking at dawn to do a spot of pike fishing, the photograph just presented itself, he says. He walked briskly towards the cow but not too briskly so that he wouldnt spook her or the other cattle nearby and managed to shoot
