There is a touch of spice & earthiness on the tail. Generous & soft, this is gorgeous Volnay and it's organic! Producer Alex and Benoit Moreau are the fourth generation of this esate, started back in 1809. Their first vintage was 1999 and they have 15 hectares, split over 14 appellations, mainly organic.
