Eye Silverside (Corned Beef) is a cut of meat that can be enjoyed both hot or cold

We cure the bacon with our own traditional recipe for 2/3 days and it makes the most wonderful boiling bacon

Beef Kebabs Sausages small batchOur beef kebabs are full of flavour and are great cooked on the griddle pan or on the BBQ. Cook for 12 minutes, turning regularly to make sure all sides are cooked. Serve with a selection of homemade salads, or stuff into a pitta with garlic sauce for a healthy kebab. 5 kebabs per pack. Please note: Metal skewer for photo purposes only.
