I have had the pleasure of trying this many times over the years and it has arrived at its peak with its fully mature secondary aromas that reflect notes of spice, red berry fruit and Asian style tea along with soft floral and sous bois wisps. There is still good verve to the utterly delicious middle weight flavors that exude a subtle minerality that continues onto the impressively complex and persistent finish where a hint of
