This wrap style dress and blouse features a flattering crossover neckline, but the skirt section is one piece. Walk in the wind with confidence knowing your skirt won't flip open! Short flutter sleeves are comfortable to wear and balance wider hips. The tie belt covers the elastic waistline, or wear your own belts to change up the look. An optional button & loop at the front neckline keeps the front from revealing too
