The various shapes of the seaweed are accentuated by the light shining through the surface of the lamp

so I have transferred images from my porcelain lighting and tiles using high fire decals onto the mugs

The glaze has been applied to accentuate the depth of the flowers and leaves. On this lamp the fuchsia flowers appear to be diving across the lamp as if swimmers in water.
