Boiler House Colour:White Cape Don served the CommonwealthThe boiler house at Peters Creameries Pty Ltd Factory in Chatham, Taree, rising through rust and grime to reveal the scale of its four Babcock and Wilcox boilers, idle now but once at the core of a steam driven plant capable of processing 1,000 gallons of milk per hour. The factory opened in November 1939 and ran until the late 1990s. Part of the Peters' Ice Cream Factory series.
