Clair De Lune Type_Stout - Pastry The sour beer that tastesClair de lune is a New England Pale Ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Strata cultivars. It develops a very pale yellow color, a silky and light body, a balanced and thirst quenching bitterness, as well as aromas of citrus, Sauvignon Blanc and mango.
