It is made of a plush pastel baby blue fabric and a baby blue cotton fabric underside with white braid gimp trim. The bonnet is embellished with plush bear ears hand sewn to the base and pastel pom pom gumballs. The piece fastens with either pink double face satin ribbon that ties or a black satin headband.
