H590 Interi Gem quality green Tourmaline in18th century Italian sunray on a Pyrophyllite base decorated with Titanium Quartz. Pyrophyllite has a pearly luster arranged in fan like groups. This mineral is somewhat uncommon, found in both hydrothermal veins and metamorphic rocks. When heated, it swells up to many times its original volume, hence the name pyrophyllite from the Greek pyros (fire). Size: 12" high x 3" wide x 3" deep
