If I had to guess I would say it was a piece by Geoffrey Beene it has that same rounded hem shaped skirt and has that feel to it. It is definitely a high end piece so I suspect this is a super bargain! The dress is constructed from a cotton fabric that has a subtle quilting done to it. Over this is a charming screened cluttered apple print in a raspberry pink with black stems. The borders
