If I am reading the hand written tag correctly it is from the Autumn Winter collection 1986. The dress is both simple and elaborate. Simple in that it is basic black and used two fabrics one a textured silk taffeta and the other that inky black cotton velvet. Simplicity stops there the skirt is to the floor and voluminous with bands of velvet applied over the ever widening
