The fabric is actually white base upon which the most detailed, extraordinary design has been painted or screened over in a black! Abstract stripes and waves flow towards the hem and circling the entire skirt is a painted ring of bows! I have had a similar dress in the past and was equally blown away! It almost looks like its made of paper
