Classic loose cut through the top and an almost apron like panel on the front that gives it the suggestion of a peplum

all in perfect rows so you get the illusion of added height

This gown is a work of art and has the resulting richness and decadence to show for it. A rich, heavy slubbed silk in a rich champagne color has been extensively detailed top to bottom.
