It is completely covered in glossy sequins so densely spaced that the sit overlapping each other. The entire surface is covered in sequins with a black base and abstract shapes in bight colors worked through. I love the pops of almost neon color with the yellow and orange strips. The edges of each pattern and the neck and sleeves are finishes with rows of gold seed beads. It has a high neck and the sleeves are cut short but
