1960s Donald Brooks Crepe Jersey Dress designer-hanae-mori Fully lined in a biasA simple and chic Donald Brooks dress that has subtle but interesting details. The fabric is a black poly crepe so is very easy to wear, care for and travel with. It has a slight textured feel to it with gives it a nice visual interest to break the starkness of the black. The bodice is cut with no shoulder seams and the sleeves come out form the waist giving it a rounded, almost sculptural feel. I love the top stitched, slightly puffed effect banding
