The hem of both pieces are finished with dressmakers horse hair ribbon to give them a touch of weight and shaping

Top stitched and in excellent condition and appears to have been used very little if at all. 35. 75" x . 75" and the buckle is 1. 75" x 1". Holes adjust to accommodate a 29" 33. 5" waist. All appropriate stamps and markings. Authentic and appears to have been worn very little. Item# A171
