The outer edge is reinforced with wire, and there are also two wired supports at the inner sides to help hold the shape. Labeled fil de luce, Florence. Dimensions 32 x 28 cm 12,5 x 11" In good condition. There is a visible spot on the outer side, shown in the photos. Some of the feathers are not fully intact and show light wear at the edges.
