1970s Beginnings Spaghetti Strap Column Dress with Bow Detail 70s_Day_Dress Norman Hartnell’s exceptional eye-for-detail isThis glamorous cocktail dress was designed by American dressmaker Beginnings during the 1970s. Tailored from black crepe, the fabric falls in a column style which curves and wraps around the body. It has delicate black spaghetti straps which are adjustable and tie at the shoulder. Around the top of the dress is a panel of embellished fabric, detailed with rows of glistening black sequins. At the front of the dress, where the draped fabric meets the
