1920s Rare Handmade Assuit & Net Flapper Coat designer-chloe † The fabric makes itThis is a spectacular, all original 1920s Assuit Flapper coat. The technique used to make this has been done for a very very long time and is still done today but not to the same degree and quality of the pieces done in the twenties. You will often see shawls from this period and the occasional dress, but to find a coat, original from the period is almost unheard of! And it is not a coat assembled from a shawl many of the "original" assuit garments
