When you move the skirt swoops out with a ton of fabric and then falls in soft folds all the way around you when you stand

It skims over the hips and then widens out to be quite full by the time it reaches the hem

Oscar was still alive and the Creative head of his self named label which means this would be one of his designs

Upon close inspection there appears to have been a few stitches added along that seam to secure the net - its hard to tell as the sequins are hand applied as well
