1970s Yves Saint Laurent Ocean Blue Silk Top mao-hide Amazing suit from the Pattullo-JoLove this beautiful blue silk blouse by Yves Saint Laurent. It is really quite fabulous and has an almost swashbuckling feel to it with its ruffled front and cuffs. The tie at the neck is classic Yves. I love the dot and diamond print worked into the silk itself and how each cuff has a band just above the ruffle so you get a bit of a pouf over the wrist. Made of a gorgeous, ocean blue light weight, fine grade silk. Excellent condition. The top is
